TIPS
Architectural quality basically means heavy duty. You would select this standard of lock or latch for doors that are in constant use or even subject to abuse. Perhaps in a commercial type environment.
This latch contains through bolt holes either side of the spindle hole, which enable use of the through bolts supplied with our lever on rose handles.
