Delivery

The Door Handle Company carry stock of a wide range of products, deliveries to our customers are now in the normal range of 2 to 5 working days.

All of our parcels are despatched using Parcelforce's expert network of drivers who offer a 1 hour text notification service to all customers prior to delivery.

Parcelforce will make every effort to deliver to the address on the parcel or to an appropriate neighbour. If nobody is available, the parcel will be taken to a nearby Post Office where it can be collected within 16 days, this provides a real alternative for those not at home to accept delivery.

Important notice: We do not recommend booking any joiner/tradesperson to complete work that is dependent on our delivery until you have received and checked the products. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred.

Delivery Charges

Please see our delivery charges below:

• Orders under £85.00 will be charged £6.95 for delivery - UK Mainland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands & Highlands.
• Orders going to Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland will be charged £12.50 for delivery.
• Orders going to the Channel Islands will be charged £20.00 for delivery.
• Orders exceeding £85.00 will be sent free of charge *(This does not apply to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & Channel Islands)*

*Delivery to International destinations is available upon request*
